YOUR STATION'S WEBSITE

All updates for your station's website are typically done by a team at your station (which may include you). However, you may want to look at these PBS products for options.

BENTO

If your station uses Bento, then almost all of your updates will be made through the Bento console. If your station does not use Bento, you'll need to use the CRM for your station to update pages.

MEDIA MANAGER

Whether or not your station uses Bento to build your site, you likely use Media Manager to upload videos, edit them, and post them on your site.

LOCAL LIVE STREAM

The local live stream on PBS.org, the Station Video Portal, and the PBS app has few options for updating.

LOCAL LIVE STREAM

The LLS console is helpful if you're trying to troubleshoot an issue with the local live stream that's affecting all viewers.

For further options, please contact the PBS Digital Support team.

TV SCHEDULE LISTINGS

PBS offers a module for TV schedule listings that appears on PBS.org and can be added to your station's website.

TV LISTINGS MANAGER

If you're using the official PBS module, you can make changes via this product that will update immediately. However, any larger changes - such as channel names, numbers, or repeat issues - will need to be submitted to Gracenote.

ANALYTICS

Your station may manage their own analytics, but PBS Digital offers two products for accessing more data.

DOMO

Use DOMO when trying to access general streaming data for your station on PBS platforms.

For questions about using the DOMO API or DOMO Dashboards, please see the Basecamp group at this link.

NEXTCLOUD

Use NextCloud when trying to view member data related to the PBS Passport benefit.
