HOW DO I UPDATE THE EMAIL ADDRESS A MEMBER USES FOR PASSPORT?
You have the ability to update a video's title through its Core Data tab, but to update a show's title, you must submit a support ticket.
I'M ENCOUNTERING AN ERROR WHEN ATTEMPTING A BULK UPDATE.

WHY ARE WE SEEING DUPLICATE ENTRIES FOR MEMBERS IN MVAULT?
Depending on your integrator with MVault, it can be caused by any difference in the member's information when they make a new donation. This can be as simple as a different name - Bob vs Robert - or mail address. Please check with your integrator for more help with duplicate entries.
